The staff at Royal Hillton were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We were impressed with their customer-oriented approach, especially during the fasting period of Ramadan. Despite their own fasting, they served food and provided excellent service without even taking a sip of water. The location of the hotel was also great, with beautiful lawns and ample parking space. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with no unpleasant smells. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the efficient and friendly front office staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for its facilities, staff, and hospitality.
